Terms of Service

1. Entity & Operating Scope

The Lux Black LLC is a private, licensed livery and executive chauffeur carrier headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey. The Lux Black operates independently and is not affiliated with app-based ride-hailing tiers (such as Lyft or Uber “Lux Black”) nor with any out-of-state entities sharing similar trade designations.

2. Reservations, Deposits & Quotes

Quotes provided via telephone, email, or online request are based on specified itinerary parameters. All quotes remain estimates until confirmed by our dispatch desk. Peak holiday surcharges, tolls, parking, and excessive wait times will be itemized on the final invoice.

3. Passenger Conduct & Cabin Hygiene

To maintain the highest executive standard for all clientele:

• Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A mandatory $350 deep-cleaning and ozone sanitization fee will be assessed for any violation.
• Substances: Possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund for violations.
• Damage: Clients are responsible for intentional damage or extraordinary soilage to upholstery, consoles, or audio/video equipment caused by passengers.

4. Delays, Traffic & Force Majeure

While The Lux Black utilizes predictive navigation and buffers dispatch times to ensure punctuality, we are not liable for delayed arrivals resulting from severe weather acts of God, unexpected highway closures, major multi-vehicle accidents, state motorcades, or air traffic control ground stops beyond our reasonable operational control.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
