1. Discretion & Non-Disclosure Commitment

The Lux Black was founded on executive discretion. Our chauffeurs and dispatch operators are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations. We never disclose passenger identities, pickup or drop-off coordinates, itinerary destinations, or cabin conversations to third parties, media, or unauthorized individuals.

For corporate, legal, private equity, and high-profile clients requiring formal legal commitments, we routinely execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request at no additional charge.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to execute professional transportation itineraries:

• Contact Information: Client name, telephone number, and email address for reservation confirmations and dispatch status updates.
• Itinerary Details: Pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, departure times, flight or tail numbers (for airport arrivals), and passenger headcount.
• Corporate Account Metadata: Firm name, billing contact, purchase order numbers, or matter codes requested for client disbursement reporting.
• Payment Details: Credit card and corporate billing details processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store raw card numbers on local web servers.

3. Cabin Privacy & Recording Devices

We respect the inviolability of executive conversation. Passenger passenger cabins in our Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class, Cadillac Escalade, and Sprinter vehicles are not equipped with interior passenger audio or video recording devices. Forward-facing exterior safety dashcams, where installed, focus exclusively on exterior traffic conditions for roadway safety.

4. No Data Monetization or Syndication

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade client information to third-party data brokers, advertising aggregators, or marketing networks under any circumstances. Data is shared exclusively with:

• Your assigned vetted chauffeur (solely details required to execute the trip).
• Licensed third-party transaction processors (Stripe/Authorize.net) to authorize charges.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities solely when mandated by a valid court subpoena or legal warrant.

5. Retention & Data Deletion

Trip logs and receipts are maintained for a standard period required for accounting, tax compliance, and corporate invoice dispute resolution. Clients may request full redaction or deletion of historical itinerary records by emailing our privacy desk.
