A three-hour minimum applies to all hourly bookings. The minimum covers chauffeur positioning, the reserved service window, and return readiness — it ensures your car and driver are dedicated to you alone.
Airport transfers — flat rates by route
Airport transfers are quoted as flat rates (not hourly) and are exempt from the three-hour hourly minimum.

Flat rates include standard flight tracking, meet-and-greet, and the first 60 minutes of complimentary airport wait time.
What affects your rate
- Distance and zone — cross-state trips (NY/CT) price higher than in-NJ runs.
- Time of day — late-night, holiday, and surge-demand windows carry a premium.
- Vehicle class — sedan, SUV, and Sprinter bands differ.
- Wait time — beyond the complimentary window, wait time bills in 15-minute increments.
- Multi-stop / multi-vehicle — roadshows and events are quoted as a coordinated package.
Corporate accounts
Corporate accounts receive NET-30 consolidated billing, matter-code tagging, and negotiated rates based on volume. Airport and hourly bands may be customized under contract. Email sales@theluxblack.com to open an account.
